He was born on December 31, 1976 in Üsküdar as the son of Danyal Özçalkan and Servet Özçalkan, but it was recorded as January 1, 1977 in his identity card. From an early age, he became interested in rap music. It got its nickname for punishment because the opponents and spectators said that our punishment was coming. Ceza, who said that he was very impressed by the Public Enemy group, saw how harsh words were hit with rap and added Fatalrhymer as a pseudonym to himself and became Ceza a.k.a Fatalrhymer. In the meantime, he completed his education and started his business life. Continuing his business life as an electrician, Ceza also accelerated his rap life. Seeing that both work and rap did not go together, Ceza resigned from his job as a technician and devoted himself entirely to rap music.
In an interview he gave to the magazine Campus 2023 in 2009, he stated that he was originally from Çankırı, that they had lived in Istanbul for 3 years, that their surname was previously mentioned as Sarımehmetoğlu, and that he had 7 martyrs from his family in the Çanakkale War. [1] His brother Ayben is also a rapper.
He lost his mother, Servet Özçalkan, on 5 January 2004,[2] and his father, Danyal Özçalkan, on 7 June 2019. [3]

In 1995-1996, he founded the Irrepressible Children Symphony (U.C.S). When the band disbanded, he gave concerts in 1997-1998. In 2000, Hate signed with Hammer Music and released the album Meclis Ala – Istanbul. In 2001 came the album Key. A professional music video was shot for the track of the same name from the album. He had a very good debut with this album. During this period, he gave many concerts.
Ceza made one of its biggest breakthroughs in 2004. In addition to taking the stage at RockIstanbul, one of the biggest rock music organizations, he succeeded in participating in the important names of popular music with his rap vocals. Ceza, who accompanied Güneş in the song “Sahilden” from Burcu Güneş’s new album Ay Şahit, also had the chance to sing with Candan Erçetin. He contributed to the song “Şehir” from the artist’s album Melek (Şehir). In 2005, he starred in the documentary Istanbul Memory: Crossing the Bridge, directed by Fatih Akın, and in the movie Kebab Connection, in which Fatih Akın was a screenwriter.
After these two names, Ceza was also included in musician Mercan Dede’s album Su. In 2006, she performed a duet with Sezen Aksu on the song Gelsin Hayat Bilir Gibi in the album Yerli Plaka made by Ceza. She also performed a duet with Sezen Aksu on the song “Şinanay”, and the music of the series Adanalı, which started in the last months of 2008, was also included in various songs from Ceza’s album Yerli Plaka. In 2011, she also performed a duet with the American rap artist Tech N9ne on the album All 6’s and 7’s, and became the first Turkish artist to sing in Turkish on a foreign album. [citation needed]
In an interview with Esquire magazine, Ceza, who said that he wrote the lyrics in his albums after the musical work was completed and that this happened in a very short time, also reacts to the perception of hip hop and rap as the same.
Says. In 2007, she performed a duet with Yıldız Tilbe on the song Tutsak in Mercan Dede’s album 800. In 2009, he released Bomba Records. The album, which he prepared in collaboration with Killa Hakan, consists of 2 albums. One is on sale in Turkey, the other will go on sale in Germany. A music video was made for the song Delight. Killa Hakan has 10 featis from his solo album Volume Maximum Album. A music video was made for the songs Alles Tamam and Allerbesten Rapper. On June 18, 2010, the album Tenuncu Köy was released. A music video was made for the song “Bir Minik Microphone”. The second music video of the album was shot for the song Dünden Ne Kaldı. In 2010, he made the song Istanbulls Akıl – Bilek – Yürek for the Istanbulls Boxing team. Later, a music video was made for the song “Kim Bilir” from the album Oncucu Köy. She contributed to the album Organize Yiz vol. 1 supported by Hiphoplife with the song “Sende Bit Delisin” and was shot in a music video for this song. Finally, it has gained great momentum with the Rap version of the Turkish Anthem.
He has performed at many festivals such as Rock’n Coke. In 2009 and 2010, he took part in the Fanta Youth Festival 2 times in a row. He also participated in a festival in the USA, beating out world-famous names in a vote on the website “myspace“. MTV The first Turkish artist to receive an award at EMA has also shown its success. He had a falling out with Sagopa Kajmer, with whom he once worked.
Killa Hakan’s album Son Mohakan was also a guest on the song Fantastic Four with Eko Fresh and Summer Cem, and a music video was shot for this song.
Ceza’s latest album, Suspus, was released on May 26, 2015. He shot a music video for the song “Suspus”, which also bears the name of his album, and announced that he wanted to shoot music videos for many more tracks.
On December 26, 2019, he released a new single called Ceza Beatcoin with a music video.
On February 26, 2022, in the Red Bull 64 Bars program broadcast on the Hiphoplife youtube channel, GOKO! He released the song Bakabaka, which was produced by .
